How to reach us
Phone: (479) 342-4480
Open every day, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Office:
Bentonville Tree Service Pros
903 NE 2nd St, Suite C
Bentonville, AR 72712
The office is where the paperwork lives, not a lot you need to visit. All estimates happen at your property, because that's the only place anyone can price a tree honestly.
What to tell us so we can move faster
You don't need to know species or heights. A few practical details save a phone call:
- How many trees, and roughly how big — compare to the house if that's easier.
- How close to the house, the fence, the shed, or the power drop.
- What's underneath — deck, pool, septic field, flower beds, playset.
- Gate access. Width of the widest opening into the back yard, and whether the route has steps or a wall.
- Whether you want the wood left and cut to stove length, or hauled off.
- Photos. One wide shot showing the tree and the house together, one close shot of the base. That pair answers most of our questions.
What happens next
We get back to you the same day during business hours. Estimates usually happen within a day or two, and you don't need to be home unless the tree is behind a locked gate or you'd rather walk it with us — plenty of people would, and that's fine.
You get a written price. If you say go, we put you on the schedule and call the day before to confirm. If you say no, that's the end of it. We don't run a follow-up campaign.
Urgent versus not
If a tree is on a structure, blocking a driveway, or hanging over where people walk, call rather than filling in the form. The form gets read during business hours; the phone gets answered. We handle storm work after hours when it's safe to work.
Anything involving a power line goes to the utility and 911 first. That's true no matter who you eventually hire.
Everything else — a quote on taking a tree down, pruning before winter, or stump work priced by the inch — the form is the easiest way to start.
If you're not the owner
We get calls from renters, property managers, and people whose neighbor's tree is the actual problem. All of those are workable, but somebody with authority over the tree has to sign off before we cut.
Renting? Have your landlord or management company call us, or give us their contact and we'll handle it. Neighbor's tree over your fence? In Arkansas you generally may trim what overhangs your property line, but the trunk isn't yours and neither is the decision to take it down. We'll quote the clearance work on your side and tell you plainly where the line is. HOA or commercial property? We'll put the estimate in a format a board or an accounts department can actually approve.
Where we go
Bentonville, Bella Vista, Centerton, Rogers, Cave Springs, Pea Ridge, Little Flock, Highfill, Gravette, and Lowell, plus the rest of Benton County. If you're a little outside that and the job is worth the drive, ask — we'd rather tell you yes or no than have you wonder.
Ready when you are
Call (479) 342-4480 any day between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., or scroll back up and send the details.
